When God called Donna Turpin to found Prepare Love Praise® Ministries NFP (PLP), He laid on her heart a clear mandate — to honor Him with "First Fruits Offerings" and a "Regular Tithe."
​This is that "First Fruits" offering. 

The Lord revealed PLP was to give back to Him from the "crop" of messaging, sowing seeds to nourish His sheep as an act of obedience and love. With the first book now in hand, PLP has a tangible first fruit to share.

Empty to Overflowing: Letters to the Daughter I Always Wanted

Empty to Overflowing is Donna Turpin's testimony of the cost of living the world's way and the steps God led her through to regain the joy of purity with purpose.  

Sin and disobedience bring consequences. There were many in her life, including loss of the daughter she always wanted and to whom her book is written. 

Jesus can teach us a better way with His redeeming love. In the story of the woman brought to be stoned, caught in the act of adultery in John 8:1-12, Jesus said in verse 11 "...go, and sin no more."​
THE NEED — A CRISIS IN THE CHURCH AND COMMUNITIES

Barna Studies Share Worldliness Confusion in the Church 

According to Barna research unless otherwise stated: 
  • 62% of Christians agree a person can regularly view pornography and live a sexually healthy life. (Barna/Pure Desire, 2023)

  • 54% of practicing Christians view pornography at least occasionally. 75% of Christian men. 40% of Christian women -- up from 39% in 2016. (Barna, 2023)

  • 67% of pastors have a personal history of pornography use. 18% are currently struggling. 81% say their church is not adequately addressing it. (Barna, 2023)

  • 42% of practicing Christians say it is "wise" to live with a partner before marriage. 57% of all Americans currently live or have lived with a romantic partner. (Barna, 2025)

  • 35% of born-again Christians have been divorced statistically identical to non-Christians using broad self-identification. Nominal Christians are 20% MORE likely to divorce than the general population. (Barna)

  • 42% of practicing Christians reported struggling with a mental illness in the past year. — higher than the general population's 32%. (Barna, 2022)

  • 30-33% of women who experience a miscarriage develop clinically significant depression or anxiety. Many experience this in silence, in the pew, without support. (NIH Meta-Analysis, 2024)

  • People's moral profile is more likely to resemble their peer group than the tenets of their faith. (David Kinnaman, Barna Group) ​

How the Book Grant Program Works

1.
​APPLY

​Five-fold Christian leaders
apply June 15-July 31, 2026
​through the PLP form on our website. Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of  Columbia. ​

2.
​BOARD REVIEWS

The PLP Board prayerfully selects grantees from applicants for a set quantity of books.
​

3.
NOTIFICATION

PLP notifies applicants of the board's decision. Demand may exceed supply. Requests are prioritized by spiritual need and other factors.

4.
​RECEIVE BOOKS

Grantees cover shipping costs. Books arrive ready to be placed in the hands of hurting women — free  to recipients. 

5.
​SHARE FREELY

Granted books must be given away free not sold. 
For women struggling with life issues who need to know Jesus has answers.

6.
REPORT BACK

Submit a testimony report  online using the PLP form by 12/31/2026 sharing how the books helped hurting women through your ministry. 
Applicant is granting permission to use photos, videos, and stories included with their testimony reports for future promotion and accountability reports by Prepare Ye the Way with Love and Praise Ministries NFP (PLP) dba Prepare Love Praise® Ministries NFP and PLP Ministries NFP as well as Donna Turpin author working with PLP. 
GRANTEE AGREEMENT

What Five-Fold Grantees Agree To

GRANT RECIPIENTS COMMIT TO: 
  • Pay shipping and  handling costs for books awarded
  • Distribute all books free of charge — no resale permitted
  • Place books with women struggling with codependency, deep loss, faith or identity crisis, or other life struggles in need of the hope of Jesus. 
  • Submit a testimony report by December 31, 2026 describing impact audience reached, and women's responses. 
    How did the books PLP granted to you make a difference for now and for eternity?
  • Grant PLP and Donna Turpin author permission to use submitted photos, testimonies, and reports in future ministry promotions. Prepare Ye the Way with Love and Praise Ministries NFP (PLP) is a 501(c)(3) organization dba Prepare Love Praise® Ministries NFP and dba PLP Ministries NFP. F-EIN 81-1882658. 
Please note: There is a finite number of books set aside for this offering. We pledge to prayerfully place resources into areas of great spiritual need, trusting Holy Spirit to guide each decision.
